Want to Get in Shape for the Summer….

Want to get in shape for summer, but don’t want to pay ridiculous gym fees?? Why not join the ‘Weekday Fitness Walking Program’ every Tuesday and Thursday for one hour of walking, stretching, strengthening, and body toning using only the park. The great thing is that all levels are welcome! The group will modify the program to meet your level of ability!

If you are like myself and work during the week, why not try the Saturday Fitness Walking programs from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. I know its early but just think of that ‘Yellow Polka Dot Bikini’ lying in the drawer and get going! It’s only 9 weeks till June 1st, so what you waiting for? Why not gather your girl friends for a catch up and tone that body while your at it!

Margaret Corbin Circle, Manhattan

Day’s and times:

7.30 a.m. – 8.30 a.m

Every week, Tuesday’s and Thursdays now until December!
